Wristbands: Love On Wristbands are not eligible for returns unless for 2 specific reasons: 1) The wristband’s unique code is invalid in our system when the user tries to register it the first time or 2) if the new wristband cannot be registered as a new experiment to an individual’s profile. In either of these two defective cases, we will first try to a) Correct the code in our backend to allow the wristband to work as intended for the user or b) issue a replacement for a new wristband to replace the defective one. Email our support team at with you name, email and the 6 digit alpha numeric wristband code and we’ll try and fix the issue for you.

Merchandise: All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept washed or worn items. If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, contact us at and we can help to replace your item.

We want you to love what you order! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange, refund to your original payment or a Love On Revolution credit. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

Email us at to initiate your return, exchange or issue. Indicate what you're returning and why. Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Love On Revolution Credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a Love On Revolution credit instead. If you do not want a credit, email us and we can change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

All returns require a 1-2 week processing period. Please send your return with an insured courier, preferably one with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
